Making Tracks for Celiacs is a fundraiser for the Center for Celiac Research.  The Twin Cities will not be hosting a fundraiser walk/run in 2015, but you can still learn more about research and contribute.

CFCR is an organization that has made great strides in celiac research within the last 14 years, including conducting a prevalence study that discovered 1 in 133 Americans have celiac disease.  Before this study, doctors estimated celiac struck 1 in approximately 5,000!

Click here to read a message from Dr. Alessio Fasano and his team from CFCR about how your money has helped (and continues to help) the celiac cause.

Ultimately the organization wants to research and make the lives of people living with celiac disease as good as it can be.  Someday their work may include a vaccine or medication to help celiacs tolerate gluten.  With your help we can make a difference.
