<p>Where else do you get to have gluten free cheese curds? And that is not all. Dozens of gluten free vendors and even more sample food will be available at the Walk-Run for Celiac Disease <a href="http://webdev.twincitiesceliacwalk.org/./index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=20">Gluten Free Food Expo</a> when we celebrate raising awareness and research funds for this disease that affects 1 in 133 Americans. We also will be doing a 2 mile walk and 5K run, and collecting donations for the University of Maryland's Center for Celiac Research. This is the gluten free event of the year in Minnesota and is not to be missed! Ask your family and friends to either come to the event or support you with a donation!</p>

(Raising Our Celiac Kids) Twin Cities,</a> this family-friendly event's goal is to gather the celiac community in an affordable way to raise public awareness, educate each other, raise money for research, and of course-- eat fabulous gluten-free food! Proceeds for this event go to University of Maryland's Center for Celiac Research. ROCK can keep up to 25% for local education.</p>
